Robert Baker

Robert Baker is a Partner, Managing Director and Wealth Manager at Steward Partners Global Advisory.  Robert began his financial services career in 1996, making a career change after twenty-three years as an actor and owner of parking garages in New York City.  Rob started his advisory practice at Smith Barney before spending a decade at UBS Financial Services, eventually transferring to Wells Fargo Advisors in 2010.

A native of Massachusetts, Rob attended both Boston University and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.  He lived in New York City for fifteen years before moving to New Jersey, where he and his wife, Jeanette live in Mahwah.  Away from the office, Rob is a collector of antiques, enjoys old cars, carpentry and playing several musical instruments.
